Daleza was last spotted at approximately 4 a.m. on May 24 with Ruben Fregoso. Authorities suggest they might be traveling in a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery, bearing the California license plate 9DAW716. Details regarding the relationship between them have not been provided by officials.
Authorities describe Daleza Fregoso as being three feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes, weighing about 45 pounds.
Ruben Fregoso, who is believed to have abducted Daleza, is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes, and weighing around 200 pounds.
