Brooke Burke recently walked along Malibu’s shoreline, showcasing her toned physique. At 54, the TV host and model was seen in a green bikini, complete with accessories like a necklace, gold earrings, and bracelets.
Beach Style
The bikini had a distinct crisscross design on the top, which matched with the bottoms. Burke often poses on Malibu beaches. Last month, she donned an orange and blue bikini with cutouts while smiling near the water.

Unique Health Routine
When asked about her fitness routine, Burke described a three-hour regimen in May 2025. She admitted to Fox News Digital that it includes some unconventional methods.
“This castor oil belly button detox that’s trending on social media caught my attention. I ordered a kit,” Burke explained.
She applies castor oil on her stomach, wraps it in a bandage, and sleeps with it overnight. In the morning, Burke massages the area while rubbing in the remaining oil.
“It reduces bloating, aids detox, and improves skin quality,” she noted. Burke acknowledged that part of its effectiveness might come from self-care and the practice of belly massages.
Family Moments
Burke recently posted images from a family vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Her Instagram post read, “My kind of roll @nobuloscabos you were everything.” The photos showed her relaxing with her children, fiancé Scott Rigsby, practicing yoga, and exercising.
Fans commented positively, with one mentioning, “Love this family so much! Gorgeous inside and out.” Burke and Rigsby announced their engagement in September 2021, following Burke’s 50th birthday. They have been public about their relationship since August 2019.
Engagement Plans
In a June 2024 interview with People, Burke noted she was taking things slowly regarding wedding plans, saying, “I’m not rushing.” Rigsby added the importance of doing it for their family and ensuring it’s meaningful.
