Danhausen’s Influence and the Knicks’ NBA Triumph

WWE star Danhausen has captured the attention of both pro wrestling fans and New York Knicks supporters. They credit him for helping lift the Knicks’ long-standing curse and leading them to an NBA championship.

Danhausen’s Uncursing Effect

When Danhausen initially “uncursed” the Knicks, team members like star point guard Jalen Brunson avoided commenting on the voodoo rumors surrounding this off-court phenomenon. Nevertheless, Brunson and the Knicks’ trainers did “acknowledge” Roman Reigns before each game.

As Brunson played a pivotal role in securing the Knicks’ first NBA title in 53 years, he eventually spoke out about Danhausen’s influence. “At first, I was a little skeptical. But, I mean, you have to believe it now,” Brunson shared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Pre-Final Hype and Danhausen’s Response

In the run-up to the NBA Finals, excitement surrounding Danhausen grew, following his “cursing” of the Cleveland Cavaliers. This curse paved the way for the Knicks’ NBA Finals appearance.

After Brunson’s mention on the show, Danhausen expressed his reaction. “DANHAUSEN KNEW THEY BELIEVED,” he wrote on social media. He thanked Jalen Brunson, Karl Towns, and “The Tonight Show” for confirming his cursing and uncursing abilities.

Brunson’s MVP Performance

Brunson was named the NBA Finals MVP after averaging 32.6 points per game in the five-game series. In the decisive match, he led the Knicks to a comeback win with 45 points.

Danhausen made his WWE debut at the Elimination Chamber event in Chicago, showcasing his unique charisma and style. Brunson has also appeared on WWE programming, hinting at possible future collaborations.
