Zachary Fardon, who served as the leading federal prosecutor in Chicago from 2013 to 2017, sold his Lincoln Park mansion for $4.3 million earlier this year. Fardon and his wife recently invested in a new property, purchasing a four-bedroom, 4,500-square-foot co-op unit on the Gold Coast for $3 million.
