The venue, known for sports events, underwent a remarkable transformation. AMC Theaters CEO Adam Aron described the scene in a since-deleted post. He noted the flooring, walls, and ceiling were covered in peach and white drapes. Prominent pictures of Swift and Kelce from their childhood lined the interior. Aron remarked that part of the arena was turned into an outdoor garden oasis, complete with real flowers and artificial trees.
High-profile guests such as Tom Hanks and Paul McCartney were seen leaving the venue. Aron shared that the ceremony felt intimate despite accommodating around 1,000 attendees. Soft romantic music played before violins and a cello introduced the wedding party.
Travis Kelce wore a crisp white tuxedo, while Taylor Swift stunned in a traditional white wedding dress with a long veil. Though Adam Sandler officiated, Aron’s post highlighted Sandler’s warm, eloquent manner, noting he included humor in his role. The vows reflected the deep connection and love between the couple, as they spoke about meeting, lifetime commitments, and uniting their families.
Guests included Tom Brady, Hugh Grant, and Steven Spielberg. The reception continued the garden theme, with exceptional food and an abundance of music. Aron’s post expressed a wish for everyone to experience the real joy present at the wedding.

In the days leading up to the wedding, observers noted activities around Madison Square Garden. Confirmation of the event came only after the ceremony was completed. Outside, the arena displayed signs reading “JUST&T MARRIED.” Swift’s representative disclosed to People that she and Kelce wore Christian Dior Haute Couture outfits, and they opted for custom footwear by Christian Louboutin. Swift also wore Cartier jewelry.
The wedding deviated from tradition with no regular bridal party. Taylor’s brother, Austin, served as “Man of Honor,” while Kelce’s brother, Jason, was the best man. The ceremony hosted over 1,000 guests, including Jessica Alba, Bradley Cooper, Ed Sheeran, and Jennifer Lopez, highlighting the prestigious nature of the event.
