On Tuesday nights, patrons pay full price for drinks but choose their payment for food from the regular menu, with a 20% service charge assessed based on their chosen total. This helps fund staff wages, benefits, and paid time off.

Zayed Al-Hamad and his family took advantage of the promotion. He expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to dine out at a nice restaurant without a steep price, indicating they don’t often have the means to do so.

Armand Daniels and Robin Wiley chose this night for a special Valentine’s date, enjoying spinach salad and more. Daniels, who works in entertainment, mentioned considering paying less due to tighter financial circumstances.
