Coach Klint Kubiak expressed his views to reporters, saying, “I think we just have a professional group of players, you know? They care about getting better.” This fresh mindset is contrasting sharply with the team’s historical reputation.
Kubiak further noted, “We don’t have any turds. We got guys that want to be here, that want to win, that want to change this place. I’m really happy with that.” These changes reflect a departure from the team’s past.

Today, there is a marked shift. Kirk Cousins, known for his faith and stability, is now a key figure. Mendoza brings a polished demeanor. Maxx Crosby’s off-field interactions showcase a softer side, despite his on-field ferocity.
Klint Kubiak appreciates the changed image, distinct from the tumultuous past. This transformation signifies a hopeful new chapter for the Raiders.
