Travis Kelce is drawing attention at the Kansas City Chiefs training camp, but this time, it’s not for his skills on the field. Instead, fans are commenting on the tight end’s physical condition following his marriage to Taylor Swift about a month ago.
Videos of Kelce arriving at the field have gone viral online, leading fans to voice their observations. One fan humorously commented, “Is he playing offensive line this season?”

Another fan remarked that Kelce appeared to have indulged in his time off, saying he looked “halfway out the door with a beer in his hand.” Comparisons were drawn between Kelce and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, with one fan noting, “Bro showed up to camp looking like he has his brother’s beer belly.”
Some lighthearted banter even compared Kelce to his head coach, Andy Reid, with comments suggesting he might be getting into character to take Reid’s job someday.
The chatter follows Kelce’s recent wedding to Swift, which took place on July 3, in a grand event held at Madison Square Garden, attended by roughly 1,000 guests. Fans speculated he may have enjoyed the wedding festivities.

Despite some jovial teasing about his physique, Kelce remains a key player for the Chiefs. Entering his 14th NFL season, the 11-time Pro Bowler continues to perform at a high level. Last season, although the Chiefs missed the playoffs, Kelce played all 17 games, recording 76 catches for 851 yards and five touchdowns. He leads active NFL players with a total of 1,080 career receptions.
As the season approaches, much attention will focus on whether Patrick Mahomes can overcome his ACL injury to start Week 1. If Mahomes returns, Kelce will likely be one of his primary targets.
