The brewery, led by owner Kirk Bangstad, faced a revocation notice but has since launched an appeal, allowing it to continue operating during the legal proceedings, as stated by the Wisconsin Division of Alcohol Beverage.

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue confirmed issuing permit revocation notices for the brewery’s locations due to allegations of illegally transported beer from Illinois without proper permits and tax payments.
