Tarek and Heather El Moussa recently experienced the unsettling invasion of their Southern California home. While they vacationed in Mexico, their Newport Beach residence was targeted by burglars.
Authorities responded to the reported break-in near the Mariners Community after 6 p.m. on June 8. According to officials, suspects accessed the backyard and shattered a sliding glass door to enter.
Inside, the intruders ransacked the primary bedroom closet before departing through the backyard and front yard. The El Moussas reported stolen jewelry from the incident.
Officers suspect the invasion occurred between June 6 and June 8. Currently, no suspects have been identified by the Newport Beach Police Department.
Heather expressed her frustration on social media, stating that she felt ‘disgusted by some of the cruel heartless people in this world.’ She assured followers that ‘we are safe & the kids are safe.’
The couple shares a son, Tristan, born in January 2023. Tarek was previously married to Christina Haack, with whom he co-parents two children, Taylor and Brayden.
