The future of LIV Golf is taking a new turn. The league, which faced uncertainty after losing its Saudi funding, announced on Wednesday that it has found a lead investor to support its operations beyond the current season. Chief Executive Scott O’Neil revealed that a term sheet has been signed, receiving approval from LIV’s board. This transaction is anticipated to finalize in September.
Among the top players remaining with LIV is Bryson DeChambeau. However, questions linger on how the league will manage player contracts and commitments extending beyond this season.
